AFTER 2 WEEKS

  • I feel confident this class will pay off
  • Work order disputes is the biggest issue I’d like to see reduced and I’ve seen definite progress in some people.
  • Great reaction about the class from the employees. Everyone thought it was worthwhile.
  • Attitudes about service reports have improved
  • From the reports since the class, job complications are more frequently mentioned and better explained. I think we drove this idea home.
  • For the guys writing them correctly, they are spending less time on reports.
  • The guys for the most part are doing reports as discussed in class. It is certainly nice to see and their reports are much easier to read and understand.
  • Return on investment will be better identified as we ramp back up in business. We are getting there though.
